ФРАГМЕНТ УРОКУ ДЛЯ ОЗНАЙОМЛЕННЯ



Фрагмент складений за матеріалом підручника Несвіт А.М. «We Learn English», 2007 для 7-го класу (6-й рік навчання)

Мета: Навчити учнів розуміти на слух і вживати у мовленні на рівні фрази ГС видо-часової форми the Present Perfect Continuous.

Тема: How Long Have You Been Training? (Урок 2, тематичний цикл 5 “Focus on Sports”)

Обладнення: фонограма діалогу, підручник.

Попередні методичні зауваження: Функція згаданої видо-часової форми - вказувати на дію, яка триває певний проміжок часу.

Формальні труднощі: Наявність допоміжного дієслова be у формі Present Perfect – have/has been, що не має аналогів у РМ.

 

Етап. Мета. Прийом Зміст роботи
Етап 1. Ознайомлення учнів з новою ГС.   Мета: Продемонструвати функціонування нової ГС, перевірити розуміння ГС.   Прийом: бесіда Т: These days a lot of world, European and Ukrainian championships and tournaments are taking place/ a lot of sport events are taking place in Chernihiv too. What sport events are you following – watching them on TV or visiting stadiums. P1: The World Championship in gymnastics is taking place in Germany these days. When I’m free, I watch it on TV, Spotrs Channel. I’m a grat fan of the Ukrainian team. T: When did it start& P1: Two days ago. T: So it has been going on for three days. P2: The European football cup is taking place in Italy. I’m fond of football and I often play football. T: When did the Cup start and when did you start playing football? P2: The Cup started two days ago. I started playing football when I was 6. T: So the Cup has been going on for five days and you have been playing football for five years. Коментуючи спортивні новини, запропоновані вами, я використовувала у реченнях нову ГС, висловлюючи дії іншого характеру. На вашу думку, в чому полягає різниця між діями у реченнях: The European Football cup is taking place now. – The cup has been going on for five days. I play football. – I have been playing football for five years. (Учні згадують характер дії, які висловлюють Present Continuous nf Present Simple, а також пропонують здогадки щодо характеру дій, які передаються за допомогою Perfect Continuous) So today we’ll learn to speak about actions that started in the past? Lasted for some time and are going on now.  
Етап 2. Перевірка розуміння ГС Present Perfect Continuous.     Мета: Пересвідчитися, що учні розуміють функцію нової ГС.   Прийоми: Слухання діалогу, короткі відповіді на запитання, читання діалогу, вивчення граматичної пам’ятки про нову ГС, формулювання правила-інструкції. T: 1) Listen to the dialogue. (Ex. 2, p. 157) A: Nice to see you, Alan! B: Good to see you, Clark! A: How are you getting on? B: Fine, thanks. And you? A: Not bad, thanks. Where are you going? B: To our local Sports Center. A: Really? What kind of sport do you go in for? B: Tennis. I have three trainings a week: on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. A: Do you like it here? B: I have been training here for only a short while. I don’t know yet. You’d better ask Jim. He has been attending this sports club for two years and he has achieved really good results in the city tournament. A: Who is his coach? B: Mr Johnson. He has been working as a coach for more than ten years. A: Then he is very qualified.   2) Now answer my questions. Give short answers. 1. Where is Alan going to? 2. What kind of sport does he go in for? 3. How many training a day does he have? 4. Does he like it there in the center? 5. Has he been training in that club for a long time? 6. How long has Jim been attending the center? 7. How long has Mr Johnson been working as a coach? 3) Now open your books at page 157, Ex. 2. Read and act out the dialogue.   4) Do Ex. 3a, p. 157. Read the dialogue and complete the sentences. 1. How ….. you ….. on? 2. Where … you …? 3. I ……. here for only a short while. 4. He …….. this sports club for twenty years.   5) Do Ex. 3b, p. 157. Answer the questions. Which sentences don’t discuss the length of time? Which sentences express the length of time of an activity which began in the past and is in progress right now?   6) Read the information about the Present Perfect Continuous and give the rule in Ukrainian. Focus on what action the tense express and how it is formed. P: … кожного дня, часто, іноді, завжди, ніколи ….   7) Listen to the sentences and put up the card with the Present Simple if the action is regular, Present Continuous if the action is taking place now and Present Perfect Continuous if the action started in the past and is still going on. 1. Nick does karate. 2. He has been doing karate for three years. 3. And he is training now. Etc.
Етап 3. Автоматизація дій учнів з новими ГС на рівні фрази.   Мета: Навчити учнів вживати в усному мовленні стверд­жувальні речення із новою ГС.   Прийоми: Коментування малюнків, заповнення пропусків відповідною формою дієслова.   1) Do Ex. 4, pp. 158-159. Look at the pictures and say where the children are, what they are doing and how long they have been doing these activities. Example: The girls are in the gym. They are skipping now. They have been doing it for five minutes.   2) Do Ex. 5, p. 159. Put the verbs in brackets into the Present Continuous or Present Perfect Continuous Tense. 1. Steve and Dan ….. (to sit) at the stadium now. They …… (to watch) the football match for forty minutes. 2. Jim is very busy now. He ….. (to talk) with the coach. He ….. (to talk) with his coach for half an hour. 3. My classmates are in the gym now. They ….. (to play) volleyball. They ….. (to play) volleyball for an hour.
